The Goal of Madison Cottages is not to provide you simply with a place to live, but a place to call home . Madison Cottages has the benefit of being an income based property, so our residents can have peace of mind in these changing economic times. Madison Cottage's staff is oriented to best serve our residents with on-site management and maintenance staff. Each resident has private parking areas, with personal driveways and entrances and attached garages available in certain units. Every spacious unit comes with washer and dryer hook-ups, dishwashers and full sized refrigerators for comfortable and convenient living. As a family friendly complex we offer a playground on site and a club house available to residents for parties and social gatherings.  At Madison Cottages we understand that pets are family too, so  we are friendly to all our four-legged family members.*
